Scope of the basic package
The basic package forms the basis for your new home and includes the following services:
- Solid expanded clay walls: We build the exterior and interior walls of your house from high-quality expanded clay walls. The walls are installed from the top edge of the base plate or basement ceiling.
- Reinforced concrete ceiling: For multi-storey houses, the reinforced concrete ceiling between the floors is included.
- Roof truss: We build the complete roof truss including underlayment, counter battens and roof battens. We also create the eaves points and, if necessary, the verges on the gable.
- Empty pipe system: We lay a duct system throughout the house in accordance with the electrical plan, which allows you to install electrical cables flexibly.
- Construction site facilities: For the duration of our construction work, we provide you with a construction site toilet and dispose of any rubble and construction waste properly.
Not included in the basic package
The following services are not included in the basic package:
- Foundations and basements: The construction of the foundations and any basements are not part of the basic package. We would be happy to provide you with a separate quote based on the individual circumstances of your property.
- Subsoil investigation: The costs for a subsoil investigation are not included in the basic package. However, this is essential in order to calculate the statics of the building and plan the foundation.
- Construction water and electricity: The provision of construction water and electricity on the construction site is your responsibility and must be done in good time before construction begins.
Additional services in the basic package
In addition to the construction services mentioned above, we also undertake the following tasks for you as part of the basic package:
- Architectural services: We provide the complete architectural services for your house, including the preparation of the building application, the statics, the thermal insulation calculation and the energy certificate.
- Specialist construction management: The specialist construction management for all services included in the basic package is also included.
- Energy advice: We discuss the energy concept of your house with you and determine this together in order to create the thermal insulation calculation and the energy certificate.
- Ventilation concept: In accordance with DIN 1946-6, we create an individual ventilation concept for your building.
- Armouring: The provision of armouring in accordance with the requirements of the building trade association is included in the price for the commissioned trades .
Your duties as a builder
As a builder, you are obliged to comply with the relevant standards and regulations when continuing to build your house. If you do the work yourself, the specifications for statics, thermal insulation calculations and other requirements, such as building permits, must be observed.
Process and further information
After placing an order for the basic package, you commission a publicly appointed surveyor to mark out the building on your property based on our plans.
To prepare an offer for the foundations and/or the basement, we need information about the floor plan, the topography of the site and the subsoil conditions. A soil investigation is required in advance for this.
