A not inconsiderable part of the construction costs arise from personal planning, usually in several processes. The architect and draftsmen are employed and sales offices must be maintained. Specific technical solutions are developed and, last but not least, individual construction costs are recorded for the offer. In addition, there are calculations for the statics and the creation of thermal insulation. Building a house is very labor-intensive, not just during the construction phase, but also particularly in an individual planning phase. With our BasicLine houses we reduce all of these items and much more to a minimum.

With the BasicLine houses, we offer you a range of plans that are limited in their individuality. The external dimensions of the objects are always unchangeable. The same goes for the roof shape. You can still divide the floor plan according to your taste, without any additional costs (subject to statics). The floor plans can also be mirrored in every axis.
